PM3: Data Analysis with Apache Hadoop, STORM, and Spark

This tutorial will provide a technical introduction to Apache Hadoop, STORM, and Spark, with analysis on when to use and not use each technology. The tutorial will also instruct on developing data analytics using these three technologies, and will provide an Amazon Web Services (AWS) cluster for developing and testing with large data sets. The tutorial will also provide an introduction to R software environment.

This tutorial:

Is very technical with several code examples
Is best experienced with a laptop computer; attendees can follow along without a laptop, but hands-on experience will be best
